FAQs

Questions people often ask.

Straightforward answers about CareWithJohn, enquiries and support.

Who can contact CareWithJohn?

You can contact me yourself — or a family member or unpaid carer can make an enquiry on your behalf.

The first step is simply a conversation about what is happening and what kind of support you are considering.

Is support regular or one-off?

Both can be discussed.

Support can be arranged around individual circumstances, availability and what is actually needed.

Do I need to know exactly what I need?

No.

It is often easier to describe what has become difficult rather than trying to choose a service name. We can work it out together.

Do you provide personal care or medication support?

The current focus is practical and social support.

CareWithJohn is currently focusing on companionship, home support, community support and related practical services rather than advertising regulated personal care or medication administration.
